YarStack Solutions (“YarStack”, “we”, “our”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this short, honest, and accurate.

Information we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address, project type, budget range, timeline, project description, and optionally your phone number and company name.
  • AI assistant chat. Messages you send in the in-page chat are forwarded to our LLM provider (Groq) to generate a reply. We do not log message content beyond what is needed for short-term rate limiting (your IP address and a count of requests in the current window).
  • Booking flow.If you open the “Book a call” modal, the embedded Calendly widget operates under Calendly’s own privacy practices. We receive only the booking confirmation Calendly sends to our inbox.
  • Server logs. Like most sites, our hosting provider records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp). We use this for security and abuse prevention only.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your project inquiry.
  • To schedule and conduct a free consultation if requested.
  • To answer questions you raise in the AI assistant.
  • To prevent abuse of our forms, chat, and APIs (rate limiting, spam filtering).

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing. We do not share it with anyone outside the providers listed below.

Third-party services

  • Groq — processes AI assistant messages to generate replies.
  • Google (Gmail SMTP) — delivers contact-form submissions to our intake inbox.
  • Calendly — handles consultation booking when you open the booking widget.
  • Vercel — hosts this site and processes server requests.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We pass them only the data needed to deliver the service.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained in our intake inbox until the project concludes or you ask us to delete them. Server-side rate-limit counters expire automatically (within an hour for messages, within a day for token usage).

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set marketing cookies and does not run third-party analytics. The only client-side storage we use is the theme preference (light/dark mode) saved in your browser’s local storage.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information you have submitted. Email yarstacksolutions+service@gmail.com with the request and we will action it within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for business inquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
